Description:
Lo-6298 foam stabilizer is a silicon-carbon bond, non-hydrolytic type, polysiloxane-Polyether copoymer. This is a versatie
foam stabilizer used for the production of polyurethane rigid foam plastic, and its fied of appication is very wild, for
example, it can be used in foaming system including high water later foaming, HCFC-141b, HFC and hydrocarbons.

Features:
Because of the uniquely designed molecular structure of Lo-6298, this gives the product a superior capacity in
emusifying, nucleus forming and foam stabilizing. Form very fine pore structure and high rate of obturator. Make the
thermal conductivity of the foam products very ow, and improve the thermal insuation.
Lo-6298 has good solubility and stability in the premixed systems containing polyether polyol, water, amine and fire
retardant. Better fluidity during the foaming process.
With Lo-6298, the &squo;shear line’ and &squo;sma bulgy and hollow’ phenomena can obviously be reduced or even
eliminated. Uniform density and highly closed cellular structures can be obtained, the insulation and mechanical strength of
the foam can be increased.
How to use:
Use levels of 1.0 to 2.5 parts Lo-6298 Additive per 100 parts polyol are suggested. The optimum surfactant loading should
be defined for the particular foam formulation.
Packaging and Storage:
Available in 25-kg drums and 250-kg drums. 24 months at room temperature.
